Terms and conditions for Renting.

You have to be at least 18 or  have parental permission. You must have IKO Level  certification or be able to demonstrate that you can safely operate the equipment and go upwind.

We can not be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by you to anyone or anything.

There is  a $300 security deposit for Renting equipment. This deposit will be returned when the equipment is returned undamaged.

You are renting gear from Kitesurfing Panama in good condition and you are responsible for it. All damages or loss of the kite, board, bar, lines and harness will be charged to you even if the charges exceed your security deposit.
